Under close guidance or supervision, completes administrative work and fieldwork support for ad-hoc and syndicated market research conducted by various business units in IQVIA.
Essential Functions
Develops knowledge to complete market research.
Support end-to-end fieldwork activities for qualitative and quantitative research assignments
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (agencies, recruiters, panel providers)
Track fieldwork progress and ensure adherence to timelines
Maintain fieldwork trackers and status reports
Assist in sourcing and managing vendors for recruitment and data collection
Monitor sample quotas and ensure proper audience targeting
Validate respondent profiles against study criteria
Conduct basic data checks for completeness, consistency, and quality
Provide regular updates on fieldwork status to stakeholders
Escalate risks/issues proactively
Document learnings and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
Basic education (High School)
1–3 years of experience in market research, fieldwork operations, or survey execution
Basic understanding of primary research methodologies (qual & quant)
Proficiency in Excel (tracking, basic data handling)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and oral communication skills. Good organizational skills.
