The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical injuries or conditions. Additionally, they will educate patients on injury prevention and provide necessary support and guidance.
Responsibilities
Assess patients' physical condition and functional abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Perform manual therapy techniques, such as massage or manipulation.
Prescribe and guide patients through therapeutic exercises.
Administer modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation as needed.
Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Educate patients on proper posture, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
Assess and recommend assistive devices, if necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
Valid certification or license to practice as a Physiotherapist.
Proven experience as a Physiotherapist.
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal system.
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in therapeutic exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Empathetic and patient-centered approach towards patients.
Continuous education and professional development.
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
Valid certification or license to practice as a Physiotherapist.
Proven experience as a Physiotherapist.
