We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs for patients with physical challenges resulting from illness, injury, or disability. Your expertise will play a crucial role in aiding patients to improve their quality of life by enhancing mobility, strength, and overall physical function. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and tailor individualized treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each patient. Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients’ physical conditions to identify therapy needs.
• Design personalized treatment plans that address individual patient goals and limitations.
• Utilize a variety of physical therapy techniques and modalities to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises and ongoing therapy strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care coordination and patient support.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and integrate relevant techniques.
• Advise on and provide suitable equipment or aids to facilitate patient recovery and independence.
• Conduct group therapy sessions to support patients with similar conditions and encourage peer support.
• Participate in community health initiatives to promote awareness of physical health and rehabilitation.
• Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists, interns, or assistant staff as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related healthcare field required.
• Valid license and certification to practice physiotherapy .
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working as a licensed physiotherapist.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy procedures, therapies, and equipment use.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development in physiotherapy practices.
