Responsibilities

• Design and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to patient-specific needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatments.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment strategies and self-care.
• Utilize various physiotherapy techniques such as massage, exercises, and therapies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Keep abreast of advancements in physiotherapy to apply best-practice treatments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with legal standards.
• Involve in community outreach to promote health and wellness education.
• Advise on and perform post-operative rehabilitation as required for recovery.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff and physiotherapy students.
• Develop strategies to promote optimal recovery and prevent further injury.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related health science field is required.
• Valid license  to practice physiotherapy in the respective area.
• Proven experience in physiotherapy within a clinical or hospital environment.
• Strong understanding of body mechanics and human physiology is necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and teams.
• Ability to design personalized care plans according to patient-specific conditions.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in physiotherapy.
