Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team and provide high-quality compassionate care to our patients. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and designing personalized treatment plans that help patients improve their physical mobility, relieve pain, and prevent future injuries. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology and be passionate about facilitating patients’ recovery journey to achieve optimal physical well-being. Your role will involve collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and enhance the sporting performance of athletes or the daily functioning of patients with chronic conditions. This position demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach to treatment.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments to understand patients' physical limitations and medical history.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing physical movement and strength.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to address specific physical issues.
  • Monitor progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal results.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises to be carried out at home.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
  • Collaboratively work with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest research and techniques in physiotherapy practices.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients during treatment sessions.
  • Advise patients on ergonomic and lifestyle changes to prevent further injury.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.
  • Provide educational workshops to community groups on maintaining physical health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current  license to practice as a physiotherapist is mandatory.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain treatments effectively.
  • Proficiency in using rehabilitation tools and physiotherapy equipment.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to providing healthcare services.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
