Pharmacist- DHA 10N25

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist with a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing patient care by dispensing medications and providing valuable pharmaceutical guidance to both healthcare professionals and patients. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing prescriptions, ensuring medication safety, and advising on proper treatment protocols. Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately to patients according to the prescriptions provided.
• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and potential drug interactions.
• Provide expert advice on medication usage and potential side effects to patients.
• Ensure proper storage, security, and inventory management of pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to offer pharmaceutical knowledge and expertise.
• Administer immunizations and health screenings as allowed by certification.
• Maintain comprehensive patient medication records for optimized healthcare delivery.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and other relevant healthcare laws.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay current on pharmacy practices.
• Manage pharmacy operations, including workflow, staffing, and customer service.
• Respond promptly to all patient inquiries related to medications and health concerns.
• Educate and counsel patients on lifestyle modifications and preventive healthcare.

Requirements

• Valid and active Pharmacy license issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience as a Pharmacist, preferably within a hospital or retail setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and proper dosage requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensation and patient records.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse healthcare team.
