We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented PGA Professional to join our Golf Operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an outstanding golf experience through high-quality instruction, member engagement, tournament support, and day-to-day golf operations.

This position requires an individual who is enthusiastic about the game of golf, committed to exceptional member service, and capable of building strong relationships with members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group golf instruction to members and guests.
• Develop and deliver coaching programs for golfers of all ages and abilities.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of golf tournaments and member events.
• Support daily golf operations, including tee sheet management and member services.
• Promote and grow participation in instructional programs, clinics, and golf events.
• Build strong relationships with members and provide a welcoming and engaging golf experience.
• Maintain a professional presence on and around the golf course at all times.
• Support retail operations, including merchandising and golf shop sales as required.
• Assist with club fitting, equipment recommendations, and golf product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with club policies, golf etiquette, and safety standards.
• Represent Discovery Dunes and its values through exceptional service and professionalism.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• PGA Membership (Class A Professional or equivalent recognised PGA qualification).
• Previous experience in a golf club, private club, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated experience providing golf instruction and coaching.
• Strong understanding of golf operations and member service standards.
• Experience organising tournaments, clinics, and member events is preferred.
• TrackMan, Foresight, or other golf technology experience is advantageous.
