The Role

We are looking for a Pet Travel Agent to support our clients in organising their pets’ travel — by plane (cabin, hold, private jet) or by road.

You will be the primary contact for our French-speaking clients (and others worldwide), ensuring a smooth, compliant, and stress-free journey.

This is a demanding and exciting role, perfect for a motivated junior profile eager to grow quickly within a fast-expanding company.

What We Are Looking For 🎯

• Unstoppable motivation: this is a fast-paced role with a heavy workload.
• Exceptional organisation: capable of managing 20+ clients in parallel without missing a beat.
• Stress management and prioritisation: able to move quickly, efficiently, and stay cool under pressure.
• Fluency in French and English: both written and spoken — non-negotiable. As well as being fluent in another language (preferably Dutch, Spanish or Russian).
• Flexibility: occasional airport runs (arrivals happen 24/7), international calls, and dealing with urgent client needs.
• Currently living in Dubai or ready to relocate.
• A true passion for animals: it’s not just a “plus” — it’s a must.

What You Will Do 📝

• Manage inbound leads and organise discovery calls.
• Prepare and send quotes and close client deals.
• Oversee the entire relocation process (vet documents, permits, logistics).
• Act as the key liaison between clients, vets, authorities, and partners.
• Maintain continuous, proactive communication with clients throughout the project.
• Support on-the-ground logistics when needed (customs clearance, animal transit).
• Represent Furry Travel proudly in the French-speaking and international markets.

What You Need ✅

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluentcy-level French and excellent English skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and rigorous work ethic.
• Strong stress management and fast action-taking ability.
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Professional presentation and client-facing experience.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• We don’t require experience within the pet travel industry but of course it’s a bonus if you have. We are more looking for someone who is motivated to learn and grow with us.
