Pet Food Sales Executive

We are hiring a skilled Pet Food Sales Executive professional who can take the right customer insight, understand a pet’s needs, and confidently recommend suitable pet food products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive pet food sales through walk-in customers and existing leads
• Take proper customer insight by asking the right questions (pet type, age, breed, lifestyle, allergies/health concerns)
• Recommend appropriate pet food options based on pet requirements (puppy/kitten, adult, senior, sensitive digestion, weight control, urinary care, skin & coat, etc.)
• Clearly explain product benefits, ingredients, and feeding guidance to build customer trust
• Maintain strong product knowledge, current promotions, and upselling opportunities
• Ensure excellent customer service and coordinate smoothly with the store/clinic team
  
  

• Proven experience in selling pet food (mandatory)
• Strong customer handling and consultative selling skills
• Experience in a pet store and/or veterinary clinic will be an added advantage
