Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships and maintain communication with all clients.
  • Stay updated on new fitness trends and training techniques.
  • Offer advice on proper stretching, warming up, and recovery techniques.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Encourage clients to maintain healthy lifestyles outside the gym setting.

Requirements

  • Certified Personal Trainer qualification from a recognized fitness authority.
  • Proven experience as a personal trainer or relevant role in fitness.
  • Strong knowledge of various fitness programs, from basic exercises to advanced workouts.
  • Ability to develop individualized exercise programs for diverse client needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • High level of physical fitness, energy, and enthusiasm for fitness training.
  • Understanding of first-aid methods and ability to handle emergency situations.
  • Commitment to continuous personal and professional development in fitness.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
