KEY RESULT AREAS

Maintain the quality of applications brought in for satisfactory approval rates.
Maintain Product mix to ensure profitability of business.
Proactively work towards satisfying the needs of the customer.
Ensure adherence to Credit and Policy guidelines in sourcing customers by maintaining quality of applicants and proper documentation.
Manage bulk sourcing of customers from corporate sector and exploiting sales opportunities by translating them into fruitful business relationships.
Follow the documentation policy guidelines while accepting the documents from the customer.
Interaction with Team Leader regarding expectations and to ensure target achievements
