Job Title

Personal Assistant to Founder and CEO

Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Salary: AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month



About the Role

We are hiring a highly organised, professional, and reliable Personal Assistant to support a founder who operates multiple companies and works closely with senior executives.

This is a hands-on, in-person position based in Dubai. You will support both the business operations and the personal life management of the founder, ensuring smooth daily execution, clear communication, and complete reliability.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a high-level Executive Assistant and work closely with leadership.



Key Responsibilities


Executive and Business Support

  • Manage the founder’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities

  • Coordinate with clients, CEOs, and internal teams

  • Handle professional communication by email, WhatsApp, and phone

  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and important actions

  • Support alignment across multiple companies


Driving and Mobility

  • Drive the founder to meetings, appointments, and business events

  • Plan routes and ensure punctuality

  • Maintain professionalism and discretion at all times


Personal Life Management

  • Schedule personal appointments and commitments

  • Maintain personal reminders and task lists

  • Coordinate home-related tasks and errands

  • Support balance between personal and business responsibilities


Document and Information Management

  • Organise digital files and folders

  • Prepare summaries and formatted documents

  • Conduct basic research when needed

  • Keep information structured and easy to access


Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented

  • Mature, calm, and professional

  • Able to work independently and take ownership

  • Comfortable working with confidential information

  • Willing to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment



Experience Level

  • Entry-level to mid-level Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred



Requirements

  • Must be of Indian origin

  • Must be based in Dubai and available for in-person work

  • Valid UAE driving license is required

  • Good spoken and written English

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
