Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant cum Driver to join our dynamic team. This dual role requires an individual who is not only skilled in administrative tasks but also possesses excellent driving abilities to manage the day-to-day transportation needs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with superb organizational and time-management skills, able to handle a wide range of duties from managing correspondence to providing transport efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications and coordinate travel logistics. This position requires flexibility, confidentiality, and adaptability to meet the varied needs of the role.


Responsibilities

  • Provide professional driving services, ensuring safety and punctuality at all times.
  • Manage daily schedules and calendars, organizing appointments promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and in-person communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transport services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle to ensure reliability.
  • Liaise with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
  • Plan and execute errands as assigned, efficiently managing time and resources.
  • Monitor and report any vehicle issues to ensure timely repairs and services.
  • Support in organizing and executing events and meetings as required.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for management as needed.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times, protecting the privacy of all communications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant and Driver or in similar roles.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrable discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
