Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to support a CEO operating across crypto, global assets, and international markets. This role requires a proactive self-starter who can manage fast-moving priorities, handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality, and operate comfortably in a high-performance, global environment.

Fluency in Mandarin is essential, as the role involves regular interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day personal and professional support to a senior executive
  • Manage complex calendars, global travel arrangements, and international scheduling across time zones
  • Act as a key point of contact between the executive and internal / external stakeholders
  • Handle communications in both English and Mandarin, including email correspondence and meeting coordination
  • Assist with document preparation, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Support deal flow and asset-related activities through coordination, tracking, and follow-ups
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with ad hoc projects related to crypto, digital assets, and global investments
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate


Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Based in Dubai
  • Need to be able to travel regularly US / China / HK
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals
  • Exposure to crypto, blockchain, or global asset markets


Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting executives in crypto, fintech, finance, or investment environments
  • Familiarity with international business practices and cross-border operations
  • Experience coordinating complex international travel and schedules
