As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations for the executive or individual you support. You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and executing a range of administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules to ensure mission-critical priorities are addressed.
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering when necessary.
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executive or individual.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and agendas to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks to facilitate a work-life balance for the employer.
  • Maintain a filing system for physical and digital documents and records.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Monitor and respond to emails promptly and effectively, filtering correspondence as necessary.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Manage special projects, both administratively and operationally, from inception to completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must-have in handling sensitive information.
