Job Description

As a Personal Assistant at 20N25, you will play a crucial role in supporting executives and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and facilitating project management tasks. Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings efficiently and strategically.
  • Handle communication, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of important documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist in preparing agendas, meeting briefs, and taking detailed minutes during meetings.
  • Facilitate project management by tracking progress and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle personal errands and tasks as requested by executives, maintaining discretion.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and colleagues to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and manage budgets for projects and daily expenditures with attention to detail.
  • Support on ad-hoc projects and tasks that require quick and efficient completion.
  • Keep informed about trends in personal assistant roles to continuously improve operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interaction.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and manage time effectively.
