Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle correspondence and communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and upto date.
  • Conduct research and compile reports to assist in the decision-making process.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and staff from various departments on behalf of the executive.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.
  • Monitor and follow up on tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects as delegated by the executive.
  • Balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances with flexibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential for this position.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities are necessary for effective interaction.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility in adapting to new tasks and working environments efficiently.
