About The Role

As a Performer (Dancer) at Miral, you will deliver exceptional entertainment through dynamic dance, acting, and stage presence, fostering a vibrant and positive atmosphere across all properties and events. Your expertise will drive high-quality performances in diverse disciplines, including specialty acts, Face Characters, and stage shows, while collaborating closely during rehearsals to refine techniques and ensure safety. You will maintain peak physical fitness, showcase versatility across dance styles, and adapt seamlessly to evolving performance demands. This role demands self-motivation, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding Miral’s standards of excellence, creativity, and guest engagement.

What Youll Do

Performance Execution

• Execute all scheduled shows and sets with precision, adhering to leadership-defined timelines and performance standards.
• Deliver consistent technical excellence in dance, acting, and stage presence, both in solo and group performances.
• Participate actively in warm-up sessions, rehearsals, and post-show cleanup to maintain performance readiness and venue standards.
  
  

Versatility and Adaptability

• Perform across diverse stage environments, including moving platforms and aquatic settings, while ensuring safety and technical proficiency.
• Assume additional roles such as Face Characters, show hosting, or specialty acts when required by business needs.
• Execute personalized warm-up routines to optimize performance quality and mitigate injury risks.
  
  

Professional Conduct

• Attend all mandatory meetings, training sessions, and evaluations as scheduled by leadership.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, including dress code, social media guidelines, and behavioral expectations outlined in Miral’s code of conduct.
• Report any health, safety, or equipment-related concerns immediately to leadership, following HSE protocols.
• Handle and maintain all costumes, props, and stage materials with professional care to preserve their condition.
  
  

Performance Development

• Engage in continuous skill refinement, including learning new choreography and performance techniques as directed.
• Demonstrate confidence and finesse in transitioning between dance styles and performance disciplines.
• Collaborate with teams to align performances with Miral’s brand identity and guest experience goals.
  
  

What Were Looking For

Essential

• Higher secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• Technical training in Jazz, Musical Theater, Commercial, Ballet, and Hip Hop dance.
• Proven professional stage or performance experience.
• Ability to learn and execute choreography with accuracy and precision.
• Technical proficiency in multiple dance styles.
• Strong stage presence and performance quality.
• Physical aptitude to adapt to new performance skills and demands.
• Commitment to brand alignment and unique artistic expression.
  
  

Desirable

• Bachelor’s degree in the Arts or Master of Fine Arts degree.
• Four or more years of professional stage/performance experience, preferably in theme parks or GCC/UAE settings.
• Advanced skills in Tricking, Tap dance, improvisational acting, singing, physical comedy, or character playing.
• Experience in solo and ensemble acting performances.
