A Day in the Life

Role

In this role, you will be the regions expert in performance media, driving impactful campaigns across all Professional Products Division brands in the GCC. You will:

  • Own the Numbers: Be responsible for daily campaign health checks across all platforms, ensuring smooth operations, budget control, and optimal audience targeting.
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with brand teams to develop and execute impactful media plans, providing expert guidance on budget allocation, channel mix, and performance optimization.
  • Unlock Data-Driven Growth: Analyze campaign performance, identify key learnings, and implement data-backed optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve ambitious business goals.
  • Lead with Influence: Challenge the status quo, push back on budget requests, and champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Shape the Future of Beauty: Stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of digital marketing, exploring new platforms, technologies, and strategies to drive continuous improvement.

Your Future Team

Join a dynamic and interconnected team! Youll work closely with our Digital & E-commerce experts, as well as collaborate directly with passionate individuals from our Professional Products Division brand teams. Together, youll drive impactful performance media campaigns across the GCC.

Who You Are

  • A Data-Driven Strategist: You possess a deep understanding of performance marketing principles and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights. Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience in a performance marketing role, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • An E-commerce Whiz: You have a strong grasp of the e-commerce landscape and are adept at driving traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. Youre comfortable navigating various e-commerce platforms and analytics dashboards.
  • A Collaborative Leader: You excel at building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You have excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • A Retail Media Expert: You are well-versed in the nuances of retail media and can effectively leverage these platforms to maximize brand visibility and sales. You have hands-on experience managing and optimizing retail media campaigns.
  • A Technical Mastermind: You possess a strong command of performance marketing tools and technologies, including campaign management platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads), analytics platforms (like Google Analytics), and reporting dashboards. Youre comfortable working with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
  • A Continuous Learner: You are passionate about staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of digital marketing. You actively seek out new knowledge and are eager to experiment with emerging trends.
