Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall success of our marketing efforts. You are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth, engagement, and conversion. Your expertise in data analysis and digital strategies will inform business decisions and ensure ROI goals are consistently met. You will work closely with creative and content teams to create cohesive campaigns and you will be expected to continuously analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability. Your role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and a results-driven mindset to excel in a fast-paced environment where innovation and adaptability are essential.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing collateral.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Optimize marketing channels based on performance metrics to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s advertising budget across various digital platforms.
  • Track and analyze online customer behavior and make data-driven marketing recommendations.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting performance and strategic changes.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to improve advertising effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in marketing campaigns.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted digital strategies.
  • Liaise with vendors and external agencies to enhance marketing capabilities and efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using digital analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data effectively.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
