Job Description

Lead performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta and TikTok
Manage and challenge external performance marketing agencies
Analyse campaign data and provide optimisation recommendations
Own media performance reporting and insight generation
Oversee budget allocation across awareness and conversion campaigns
Brief and collaborate with internal creative and design resources
Support performance activity across multiple brands and budgets
Ensure channel performance aligns with commercial and brand goals

The Successful Applicant

4-6 years experience in performance or digital marketing
Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and optimisation
Proven experience managing external agencies
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability
Experience working with both large-scale and growth-stage brands
Creative, confident, and able to challenge agency thinking
Omnichannel experience (e-commerce and retail exposure preferred)
