What You’ll Do
As a Performance and Reward Partner, you will work closely with key stakeholders to enable our performance and reward strategies across your business group. You will act as a trusted advisor, designing and recommending performance and reward solutions that are fit for purpose and strategically aligned. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving business success by harmonising complex reward strategies and fostering a high-performance culture across a diverse, evolving portfolio.
- Provide leadership and coaching to your direct report, empowering them and driving career growth
- Work collaboratively with peers to ensure a high quality and consistent offering to stakeholders
- Design and implement innovative reward strategies, providing sound advice and performing the role of trusted advisor in recommending high quality solutions
- Maintain a keen focus on continuous improvement, anticipating and applying emerging trends, contemporary practices and prioritisation of the highest value work
- Oversee the full annual reward lifecycle, including salary planning, benchmarking, and performance reviews, ensuring alignment with the broader Group framework
- Lead and contribute to significant programs of work, projects and one-off solutions that provide meaningful insight
- Provide high-level subject matter expertise and thought leadership to complex reward and market movement matters
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a deep technical understanding of job evaluation, salary structures, and contemporary reward philosophies.
- The ability to translate complex business objectives into competitive reward strategies while maintaining strong commercial acumen.
- Extensive knowledge of reward programs, including regulatory requirements
- A data-driven approach to your work, providing deep insight that ensures our reward offerings remain competitive and impactful.
- Broad experience across industries, company size and complexity
