Performance And KPI Manager

Role Overview

NAFFCO Group is seeking an analytical and results-oriented Performance and KPI Manager to develop and manage the Group’s performance measurement framework. The role will work with business units and support functions to define meaningful KPIs, set targets, monitor results and provide clear insights to management.

The successful candidate will help translate business objectives into measurable plans, improve accountability and support timely action when performance falls below target.

Key Responsibilities

KPI Framework and Governance

• Develop and maintain a Group-wide framework for KPIs, scorecards and performance reporting.

• Work with business leaders to define KPIs that are measurable, relevant and aligned with strategic objectives.

• Establish KPI definitions, calculation methods, data owners, reporting frequency and approval requirements.

• Review KPIs regularly to ensure they remain relevant as business priorities change.

• Promote consistent performance measurement across divisions, departments and locations.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Consolidate and analyse performance data from business units and support functions.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly dashboards, scorecards and management reports.

• Track actual results against targets, budgets and previous periods.

• Identify trends, gaps, risks and areas of strong performance.

• Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior management.

Business Reviews and Improvement

• Coordinate periodic performance review meetings with department heads and business leaders.

• Follow up on agreed actions, owners and deadlines.

• Support departments in preparing corrective action plans for missed targets.

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, service quality and cost control.

• Monitor the effectiveness of improvement actions and report progress.

Data Quality and Systems

• Define data collection and validation processes to improve accuracy and consistency.

• Work with IT and relevant departments to improve KPI reporting tools and automation.

• Maintain reliable records and documentation for KPI definitions, targets and results.

• Ensure reports are prepared on time and information is handled appropriately.

• Provide guidance and training to KPI owners on reporting requirements and performance analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Statistics or a related field.

• Professional certification in performance management, business analytics or a related discipline is an advantage.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including experience managing KPIs or business performance reporting.
