Role: PeopleSoft HRMS Project Manager Location: Bay Area, CA (Onsite) Duration: 6+ Months

Overview: We are seeking a strong, seasoned PeopleSoft HRMS Project Manager to lead and manage HRMS initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in PeopleSoft HRMS implementations/support, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive projects in an onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end PeopleSoft HRMS project delivery (planning, execution, go-live)
• Manage stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams
• Ensure alignment with HR business processes and system capabilities
• Drives issue resolution, risk management, and status reporting
  
  

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager in PeopleSoft HRMS
• Strong understanding of HRMS modules and business processes
• Proven track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

• Local to Bay Area and available for onsite work
• Prior experience working with County/Public Sector clients
