Job Description

Help AG is looking for a talented and dynamic People, Performance & Culture Analyst Intern will work closely with the HR team to analyze people data, prepare reports and dashboards, track key performance indicators, and support initiatives related to performance management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, numbers, and insights while gaining exposure to strategic HR practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and maintaining HR data related to headcount, attrition, performance, engagement, learning, and other people metrics
  • Support the preparation of HR dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
  • Track and monitor KPIs linked to people performance, productivity, and organizational effectiveness
  • Generate and maintain recurring HR reports (monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc)
  • Translate HR data into meaningful insights and simple visualizations to support decision-making
  • Support documentation of HR processes, metrics, and data definitions to ensure consistency and clarity
  • Assist in maintaining accuracy and integrity of data within HR systems (HRIS)
  • Collaborate with the HR team on initiatives related to performance management, engagement surveys, culture programs, and talent development.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
  • Familiarity with data visualization or dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and work with HR systems (HRIS)
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret data and summarize insights in a clear and simple manner.
  • Ability to present data clearly and logically
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Interest in HR analytics, people performance, and organizational culture
