About The Role
We're looking for a People and Talent Associate to join our team in a hybrid role spanning People Operations, Employee Engagement, Office Management, and Talent Acquisition support. Based in the UAE, you'll support people and talent activity across our growing teams in GCC and ANZ. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their People career who wants broad, hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle and international People practices, from sourcing candidates to supporting the people already on the team.
You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day people operations and office coordination in the UAE, while also playing an active role in regional recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates through to scheduling interviews, including for roles across ANZ time zones.
You’ll be responsible for
People Operations & Engagement
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across the GCC and ANZ
- Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR, ensuring compliance with local labour law across each region
- Assist with visa, labour card, and Emiratisation-related administration in the UAE, liaising directly with the PRO and local government authorities as needed
- Help plan and run employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications across regions and time zones
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on policies, benefits, and processes
Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination for the UAE office
- Support a positive, well-run in-office experience for employees
- Coordinate with building management, facilities, and local suppliers as needed
Talent Acquisition
- Support recruitment activity across the GCC and ANZ, as well as other regions as required, working closely with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to deliver against regional hiring plans
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for assigned vacancies, using Teamtailor, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other relevant channels
- Review and shortlist applications against agreed role requirements, conducting initial screening calls where required
- Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers and interview panels, working confidently across multiple time zones
- Support the collection and consolidation of interview feedback, ensuring candidates move efficiently through the recruitment process
- Assist with offer letter preparation and new hire documentation, accounting for regional differences in employment terms
About You
- 1-2 years' experience in a People or Talent role, ideally within the UAE or wider GCC
- Working knowledge of UAE labour law and People practices (visas, labour cards, MOHRE processes)
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones, including regular collaboration with ANZ based teams
- Exposure supporting recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, CV screening and initial candidate conversations
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with People systems and ATS tools; experience with BambooHR and/or Teamtailor is a plus (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication skills, confident speaking with employees, candidates, and hiring managers across different regions
- A proactive attitude, happy to move between strategic engagement work and practical office admin
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus but not essential
