In this role, youll:
Working as part of a team delivering expert case management and workforce advisory services, this role will see you partner with divisional leaders to resolve performance, conduct, wellbeing, and grievance matters, while supporting strategic workforce planning and continuous improvement of employee experience. You will navigate complex casework, broker practical solutions, and build trusted relationships in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness, empathy, and compliance are key to success.

About You
Your strong interpersonal and advisory skills, formed across human resources, employee relations, or public sector environments, will see you excel in managing sensitive casework, overcome challenges in balancing business needs with policy frameworks, and bring proactive insights to support divisional planning and workforce wellbeing.
Youre recognised as a trusted advisor, skilled at guiding leaders through complex people matters, experienced in case management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering people-focused solutions that align with organisational strategy.
