As a Payroll Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring that employee compensation is correctly managed and disbursed in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for maintaining payroll records, processing complex payroll transactions, and addressing payroll inquiries. Responsibilities

  • Provide support and resolution for employee payroll inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with HR to integrate payroll and human resource systems efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings with tax authorities and other agencies.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies to streamline payroll operations.
  • Assist in the development of payroll forecasts and financial planning processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and integration.
  • Stay informed on the latest payroll legislation and technology innovations.
  • Train and mentor junior payroll staff, enhancing team capabilities and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years experience in payroll processing and management.
  • Thorough knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
