We are seeking a highly dedicated and professional Patient Relations Executive with fluency in Arabic to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate comprehensive and effective communication between patients and healthcare staff members.
  • Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate with healthcare departments to ensure cohesive operations and patient services.
  • Develop and implement patient satisfaction improvement initiatives and programs.
  • Assist in the management of patient-related documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Provide language assistance to Arabic-speaking patients and their families.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and follow-ups for patients as necessary.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to improve overall patient experience.
  • Participate in staff training programs to improve service delivery and patient care.
  • Monitor and report on patient flow and feedback to relevant departments.
  • Develop and maintain a patient grievance and resolution tracking system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written, is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public relations, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a patient relations or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems and patient management software is advantageous.
