As a Patient Relations Executive (Arabic Speaking), you will serve as a liaison between hospital staff and patients, fostering effective communication and enhancing the overall patient experience. Utilizing your bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, you will ensure that Arabic-speaking patients and their families receive exceptional service and support throughout their healthcare journey. Your role will be critical in addressing patient concerns and feedback, facilitating a supportive environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction and care quality. Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking patients to accurately address their inquiries.
  • Act as a mediator between hospital staff and patients to resolve conflicts.
  • Provide compassionate support to patients and assist in understanding medical procedures.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction by addressing complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and navigating the healthcare facility.
  • Work closely with healthcare providers to improve patient care and customer service.
  • Conduct cultural sensitivity training sessions for hospital staff on Arabic customs.
  • Facilitate clear communication between Arabic-speaking patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and concerns for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development of patient relations policies in the Arabic language.
  • Participate in community outreach to build trust among Arabic-speaking patients.
  • Provide translations or interpretations for Arabic-speaking patients when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, communication, or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • At least two years of experience in patient relations or customer service roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach and cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or hospital environment is highly advantageous.
