The role of a Patient Relations Executive is pivotal in ensuring that patients have a positive experience throughout their interaction with healthcare providers. Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

  • Prepare detailed reports on patient satisfaction and feedback trends for management.
  • Provide patients with information regarding their rights and available resources.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to communicate positive patient experiences effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a patient relations or healthcare environment role required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities capable of resolving complex patient issues.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality diligently.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with patients and their concerns regularly.
