Job Description

The Patient Relations Executive plays a crucial role in bridging the communication gap between healthcare providers and patients, ensuring that patient needs and concerns are addressed effectively. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in patient relations or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a patient-first approach in all situations.
  • Proficiency in healthcare software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
