Job Description

A Patient Care Coordinator is a vital link between patients and medical staff, ensuring that the healthcare delivery process is seamless and effective. Responsibilities

  • Liaise between departments to facilitate smooth transitions in patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and medical privacy standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a patient care coordination or similar role required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Proficient in using healthcare management software and office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently as needed.
  • Thorough knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures necessary.
