We are recruiting a full-time, permanent Pastry Chef to support pastry development and mobilisation across multiple brands during this build and launch phase. Following the successful opening and stabilisation of sites, this role will transition into an operational multi-site position working across brand kitchens and the Central Production Unit (CPU).

The Development Pastry Chef Must
- Be comfortable working across multiple brands simultaneously
- Be available for flexible working hours during pre-opening phases
- Support evening and weekend trading launches where required
- Balance creativity with commercial discipline

- Experience in multi-site or brand-led pastry development
- Strong background in structured recipe documentation and costing
