About The Role

As a Passport Processor, you will be the welcoming face of Shangri-La Dubai, ensuring smooth guest registration into the CID system and delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure. You will play a key role in guest satisfaction, loyalty, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input guest details into the CID system for compliance and record keeping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby while managing guest flow and directing them to available staff.
• Provide accurate local information and act as an Arabic translator when needed.
• Ensure quality standards of refreshments, print guest reports, and file registration documents properly.

• Courteous and efficient in handling guest interactions with tact and professionalism.
• Experienced in front office operations with a strong understanding of customer loyalty programs.
• Skilled in building guest relationships that foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Maintains high standards of professionalism and care in all service touchpoints.
