Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and organized Partnerships Specialist to help grow strategic partnerships across nurseries, schools, family communities, events, healthcare institutions, and brands across the UAE, with future expansion into KSA.

This role is ideal for someone who is social, proactive, commercially minded, and excited about building meaningful partnerships and activations that connect Mumzworld with families in real life.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Build and manage partnerships with nurseries, schools, hospitals, clinics, brands, family communities, and corporate partners
  • Reach out to potential partners through emails, calls, meetings, and networking
  • Support the development of partnership proposals, decks, and presentations
  • Maintain and grow a strong partnership pipeline and tracking system
  • Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition, brand exposure, and revenue generation

Events & Activations

  • Coordinate Mumzworld’s participation in school events, parent events, expos, activations, and community gatherings
  • Help organize booths, giveaways, branded experiences, workshops, and sampling opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
  • Be present during key activations and events when needed

Campaign & Commercial Support

  • Work closely with Brand, Creative, CRM, Social Media, Commercial, and Services teams
  • Support seasonal campaigns such as Back to School, Summer, Mother’s Day, and community initiatives
  • Help partners execute campaigns, coupon codes, landing pages, and collaborations

Reporting & Organization

  • Maintain partnership trackers, calendars, and status updates
  • Track campaign and partnership performance including leads, exposure, sales contribution, and engagement
  • Prepare summaries and updates for leadership when needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Energetic, positive, and people-oriented personality
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to move quickly and independently
  • Commercial mindset with attention to brand experience
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of parents and family audiences

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, events, account management, business development, marketing, or community management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English required
  • Arabic is a strong plus
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Comfortable attending meetings, events, and networking opportunities
  • Experience working with schools, family brands, parenting communities, or events is a plus
  • UAE experience preferred

Nice to Have

  • Existing network within UAE schools, nurseries, family brands, or event spaces
  • Experience with partnerships for ecommerce or retail brands
  • Basic presentation and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with social media and influencer collaborations
