We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Partnerships Sales Manager to help expand our global footprint by acquiring, managing, and growing high-value partners. In this role, you will work closely with introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional partners to strengthen ThinkMarkets presence across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate is someone with solid FX industry experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to execute partnership strategies that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, money managers, and institutional partners.
  • Conduct due diligence, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate onboarding processes.

Relationship Management

  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners to drive engagement, retention, and increased performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner support, escalations, and day-to-day operational needs.

Performance & Revenue Growth

  • Monitor partner performance using analytics and KPIs, ensuring partners meet revenue and activity targets.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance partner performance through incentives, campaigns, or product education.

Market & Competitor Insights

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, regional dynamics, and emerging partnership models.
  • Provide insights to enhance the partnership strategy and improve market penetration.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, compliance, and product teams to execute partnership initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaigns and promotional activities tailored to partner audiences.

Compliance Alignment

  • Ensure all partner activities align with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams on agreements, documentation, and due-diligence checks.

Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on partner performance, pipeline updates, market insights, and revenue contribution.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within the FX/CFD industry.
  • Solid knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5, ThinkTrader) and FX products.
  • Proven experience in managing IBs, affiliates, or institutional relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required to effectively engage, negotiate, and manage partnerships across key MENA markets.
  • Strong network of IBs or affiliates is highly advantageous.
