The Role

We are seeking a Partnerships Marketing Specialist to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen Bridgit’s presence across the broker market and deliver value for our partners.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to bring B2B campaigns and initiatives to life across multiple channels. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, requiring strong project management, clear communication and the ability to keep multiple moving pieces on track. You will also help maintain core collateral, support events and trade activity, and contribute to performance reporting and ongoing optimisation.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the execution and delivery of integrated B2B campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels and partner ecosystems, driving measurable impact against business objectives.
  • Develop delivery frameworks — including project plans, stakeholder engagement cadences, and quality checkpoints — to ensure campaign assets are delivered on time and to a consistently high standard.
  • Build messaging rollouts across key partner and broker touchpoints, owning consistency, alignment, and narrative coherence across the full campaign journey.
  • Maintain partner and internal WIPs, project plans and budget reconciliation to support smooth campaign execution.
  • Support event and trade show activity as required, including invitations, merchandise and collateral coordination.
  • Maintain core BAU collateral in partnership with relevant business teams to ensure materials remain current and effective.
  • Translate competitor intelligence and customer insights into actionable opportunities, contributing strategic recommendations that sharpen campaign direction and improve market positioning.
  • Collaborate with the HubSpot team on campaign reporting and performance analysis.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager – Partnerships to define campaign measures and creative best practice in support of performance goals and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years’ experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or partner and alliances roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing co-marketing programs or partner campaigns end to end.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships across teams and partners.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM and reporting platforms such as HubSpot.
