About The Role

Alaan’s brand and customer base have grown rapidly through strong product-led and direct sales channels. The next stage of growth will come from strategic partnerships — building alliances that amplify brand reach, drive inbound demand, and create new revenue streams through collaboration.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role will lead the charge in identifying, building, and activating partnerships across the fintech, SaaS, accounting, and business ecosystem.

You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to design campaigns, co-market with ecosystem players, and position Alaan as the go-to platform for modern finance teams in the Middle East.

This is a new and high-impact role, perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, creativity, and measurable growth outcomes.

What Youll Do

Strategy & Planning

  • Define the partnerships roadmap with the Head of Marketing — aligned with business objectives, GTM priorities, and brand positioning.
  • Identify high-value partnership categories (SaaS integrations, accounting platforms, banks, accelerators, VCs, and ecosystem communities).
  • Build frameworks to assess potential partners (audience fit, brand alignment, co-marketing potential, lead flow).

Partnership Development

  • Source, negotiate, and onboard new partners that enhance Alaan’s brand awareness, user acquisition, and ecosystem credibility.
  • Work with partners to source new lead opportunities for Alaan’s product
  • Build joint marketing plans, webinars, events, content collaborations, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage partnership agreements, co-marketing budgets, and reporting.
  • Nurture existing relationships to maximise output and uncover deeper integration or referral opportunities.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Product to identify integration and referral opportunities. Partner with Customer Success on client co-branding or referral initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging, shared KPIs, and measurable ROI on campaigns.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track partnership performance through agreed KPIs (pipeline influenced, leads generated, brand reach, event ROI).
  • Report on outcomes, insights, and recommendations for scaling or optimising partnerships.
  • Continuously refine partner strategy based on data and market trends.

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, growth, or marketing within fintech, SaaS, or digital-first environments. Proven success building and managing B2B partnerships or co-marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of brand growth, lead generation, and commercial value creation through collaboration.
  • Experience negotiating partnership contracts, managing co-marketing budgets, and tracking ROI.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships.

Skills & Attributes

  • Arabic-speaking preferred; fluent English required.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with an analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable balancing brand and commercial outcomes.
