Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to our clients in all matters related to insurance coverage.
• Handle complex insurance coverage cases, including analysis, risk assessment, litigation, and resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in insurance coverage laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to client cases.
• Participate in business development activities, promoting the firms insurance coverage services to prospective clients.
• Lead and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment.
  

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on insurance coverage and substantial trial expertise.
• Experience representing non-profit organizations and individuals.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Proven track record of successful insurance coverage case management and resolution.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing junior staff.
• Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
