Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. What Youll Do

• Design and optimize partner admission and exit rules, establishing a full lifecycle management system to ensure and continuously enhance partner quality from the outset.2.Develop a partner tiering system with corresponding benefit mechanisms, formulating tiered operation strategies to foster long-term collaboration and performance improvement. 3.Define and track partner operational performance metrics, building a data-driven evaluation and management system. 4.Establish a comprehensive partner risk control management system, covering behavioral standards, fraud detection, compliance audits, and appeal mechanisms to ensure ecosystem health and operational security. 5.Analyze and optimize the partner structure across cities to guarantee stable supply and strengthen partner capabilities. 6.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, operations, legal, and product to continuously enhance partner experience and operational efficiency.
  
  

• Education & Experience: Bachelors degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in platform partner management, vendor operations, or strategic planning. Candidates with cross-border business experience are preferred. 2.System Building: Proven experience in building complex operational systems from scratch or leading key strategic initiatives, with expertise in ecosystem planning, profitability modeling, and objective management, demonstrating strong logical and structured thinking. 3.Data Analytics: Strong data analysis and business insight capabilities, skilled at leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements. 4.Execution & Collaboration: Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of effectively implementing strategic initiatives and resolving complex operational issues such as settlement and appeals. 5.Risk & Compliance: Solid experience in risk management and compliance governance, with a proven ability to design and implement effective risk control mechanisms. 6.Language Skills: Fluent in English for business communication.
