We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Partner Services Intern to join our Planning Team team at Ounass. If you are passionate, ambitious, and ready to be part of a fast-growing team, we’d love to hear from you!

What youll be doing?

• Support the Partner Services team in day-to-day operations to ensure excellent onboarding and ongoing management of brand and vendor relationships.
• Assist with processing and validating partner product data, ensuring completeness, accuracy and adherence to marketplace standards.
• Coordinate with merchandising, buying and logistics teams to resolve partner queries and expedite issue resolution.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and prepare regular reports highlighting trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Help prepare partner contracts, onboarding documentation and system access set-up under supervision.
• Support the implementation of promotions, price updates and catalogue changes with partner approval and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and take ownership of assigned actions to meet tight deadlines.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, documentation and internal knowledge sharing to scale Partner Services operations.
• Provide excellent partner-facing communication, maintaining a professional and customer-centred approach at all times.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects such as competitor analysis, market research and partner training materials.
  
  

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion or a related discipline.
• A keen interest in e‑commerce, luxury retail or brand partnerships.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, basic data validation and using internal systems; experience with ERP/Catalogue tools is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, positive and service‑oriented attitude.
• Prior customer service, retail or operations experience (internships or part‑time roles) is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
