PM Coordinator

Transdev in Wilmington, DE is hiring a PM Coordinator. The PM Coordinator performs all administrative functions for the location. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform project clerical and administrative details according to contractual and legal mandates
• Develop monthly PM schedules
• Communicate PM schedules to departments (Via Email)
• Coordinate PM scheduling with customers (Direct and verbal communication)
• Contact departments and notify units that were no shows for the scheduled PM dates daily.
• Other duties as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Office, data entry, or administrative experience a plus.
• Experience with MS office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
• Work overtime when City request during adverse weather or other emergency situations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for short distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
• Occasionally, bend, kneel squat to file documents in cabinets and file boxes.
