*** Paralegal – Tech Unicorn – Dubai ***

This is a fantastic in-house opportunity for a highly talented individual seeking to work at an exciting and fast-growing international tech company. Our client is performing extremely well in the Middle East, and they are now keen on expanding their legal team further.

Based in Dubai, and working under Lawyer supervision, the role will have a particular focus on governance and licensing, and our client is looking for a paralegal with significant law firm experience who is comfortable handling legal documents (e.g., shareholder resolutions). The role is an upskilled legal admin position, supporting policy creation, document review/editing, governance, regulatory liaison, and license renewals.

Candidates should possess a wealth of high quality and relevant experience, preferably gained at a well-known law firm(s). They should have exemplary organisational, IT and communicative skills (at all levels), and a good law degree. Although not essential, Arabic linguistic skills are advantageous, However it is essential that candidates are at Bilingual/Native English level.

It is highly preferable that applicants are already residing in Dubai, or have very close links to the region.
