Paralegal - Emirati Talent

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and wants to make real impact. In this role, you won’t just “support” the legal team — you’ll be a key driver behind compliance, contract excellence, and corporate governance across our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and organize contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research relevant to the company’s regional operations.
• Support compliance efforts by monitoring adherence to local regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain and update corporate records, including board resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals and identifying potential risks.
• Liaise with external counsel on litigation matters, regulatory submissions, and legal opinions.
• Organize and maintain legal databases and filing systems for efficient retrieval and audit readiness.
• Conduct preliminary document reviews to identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.
• Support due diligence processes and assist with documentation for corporate transactions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information for legal and compliance matters.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and briefing notes for management and the legal team.
• Draft and review routine legal correspondence and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Legal Team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
