Job Description

The PandaStart Talent Internship is designed to immerse high-potential students in the hyper-growth quick commerce and technology environment of foodpanda Singapore. You will not be fetching coffee—you will be assigned to a core team (Commercial, Operations or People) and entrusted with a high-impact, measurable project over 6 months. We are currently looking for interns to take on either of these internship tracks:

• Marketing/Communications/Campaigns Track
• Business/Project Analyst Track
• Business Development/Account Management Track (New!)
• People/Employee Engagement Track (New!)
  
  

• Drive Real Impact: Lead an assigned project from inception to completion, applying your technical and analytical skills to solve a tangible business challenge (e.g., optimizing rider routing, scaling vendor acquisition).
• Accelerated Learning: Deepen your technical expertise (e.g., SQL, Python, campaign execution) by working with real, high-volume data that directly influences our market strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Navigate a fast-paced, agile environment, collaborating with stakeholders across different seniority levels and backgrounds.
• Professional Development: Gain access to foodpandas e-learning tools and internal training modules to enhance your leadership and project management capabilities.
  
  

• Essential Requirements
• Work Eligibility: Open to students of all nationalities. Student Pass holders may only apply if the internship is credit-bearing.
• Program Commitment: Able to participate in the program for a minimum of 6 months
• Communication: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
