About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Paid Ads Specialist who lives and breathes high-performance direct response advertising. You will be a tactical, hands-on executor focused 100% on active campaign management, optimization, and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Campaign Management: Build, launch, manage, and scale high-budget campaigns across Google Search and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
• Niche Lead Generation: Deploy aggressive, high-converting lead generation strategies tailored specifically to high-ticket home services (with a heavy focus on the roofing sector).
• Funnel Optimization: Work alongside our creative team to optimize ad copy, creatives, and custom performance landing pages to systematically drop CPAs and increase lead quality.
• Ad-Tech & Algorithm Mastery: Stay lock-step with algorithm shifts, tracking updates, and advanced platform mechanics to keep our client accounts ahead of market fluctuations.
  
  

• Senior-Level Media Buying Expertise: Extensive, proven experience managing and scaling profitable Google and Meta ad accounts.
• Home Services Industry Background: Deep experience running ads for home services/contractors. You understand the psychology of a homeowner buying a high-ticket service like a roof replacement or HVAC install.
• Autonomous Execution: You can step into an active account on Day 1, identify leaks, and execute improvements without needing extensive training or oversight.
• The Right Attitude: Ambitious, optimistic, and highly analytical. You see platform changes and attribution hurdles as puzzles to solve, not roadblocks.
