Packing Helper

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Packing Helper to assist with packing, labelling, sorting, and preparing goods for storage or dispatch. The successful candidate will support warehouse operations by ensuring products are packed correctly, handled safely, and prepared for delivery according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack products and goods according to company procedures and instructions.
  
• Inspect items for visible damage before packing and report any issues to the supervisor.
  
• Label, seal, and organize packages accurately.
  
• Sort products according to order details, product types, or destination.
  
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
  
• Prepare packed items for storage, shipment, or delivery.
  
• Check quantities and ensure packed orders match the relevant documentation.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing and storage areas.
  
• Handle packing materials and warehouse equipment safely.
  
• Inform the supervisor when packing materials or supplies need replenishment.
  
• Follow workplace health, safety, and product-handling procedures.
  
• Assist warehouse staff with stock movement and other routine warehouse tasks.
  
• Minimize packaging waste and use packing materials responsibly.
  
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or management.
  

Requirements

• Basic education is preferred; relevant work experience is an advantage.
  
• Previous experience in packing, warehousing, production, or general labour is preferred but not essential for entry-level positions.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and packing procedures carefully.
  
• Good attention to detail when checking products, quantities, and labels.
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
  
• Basic understanding of workplace cleanliness and safety practices.
  
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle job-related lifting within safe limits.
  
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
  
• Ability to keep the packing area clean and organized.
  
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  
• Willingness to work shifts or overtime when required and in accordance with applicable regulations and the employment contract.
  
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai, UAE.
