We are currently looking for Outlet Supervisor

The associate’s main objectives are to ensure a consistent and quality service is delivered to all guests. The associate is to assist the manager with achieving high scores on guest satisfaction surveys, recognising repeat guests and to do what it takes to ensure all reasonable guest needs are met.

This position must always remain flexible regarding working hours and shift patterns, which may differ according to business demands.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Supervise the F&B Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
• Maximize revenues by upselling and following budget guidelines
• Handle guest concerns, reacting quickly and professionally
• Balance operational and Colleague needs
• Have full knowledge of all menus and promotions
• Ensure Colleagues have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods being served in the Food & Beverage Outlet
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Experience

• Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required
  
  

Requirement

• Proven work experience as an Outlet Supervisor
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• High school diploma: food safety training is a plus
• Team spirit
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
