  • Manage the day-to-day operations of La Sirene Restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all meal periods.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns and feedback.
  • Lead, coach, train, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve service excellence and maximize team members engagement.
  • Monitor restaurant performance through daily briefings, operational checklists, and service evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with Avani brand standards, HACCP food safety regulations, hygiene policies, and health and safety procedures.
  • Control departmental costs, labor expenses, inventory, food and beverage costs, and operating budgets to achieve financial targets.
  • Develop and implement revenue-generating initiatives including promotions, themed events, upselling strategies, and seasonal menus.
  • Analyze sales reports, guest satisfaction scores, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Manage team scheduling, payroll, performance evaluations, recruitment, and succession planning.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, stock control, and supplier coordination to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
  • Ensure restaurant ambience, cleanliness, table settings, and presentation consistently reflect luxury hospitality standards.
  • Support marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and special events to increase restaurant visibility and revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests, VIPs, and corporate clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, prepare operational reports, and achieve departmental revenue and profitability objectives.
